This dress is so peak '90s with its contrating black mesh overlay and fuchsia underlay. Featuring black felt or velvet flowers on the fabric, it's giving peak Mary-Kate and Ashley in Two of a Kind vibes. (If you remember the book covers, bonus points!!)

Condition: She's been living it up with a few faded spots on the velvet, but still in amazing condition!
