Shipping policy

Singapore: 

Local orders within Singapore are delivered via UParcel for same day delivery. For local deliveries, please expect the package to arrive within 2-3 days as it will be mailed via Singpost. Please contact soengsignature@gmail.com if you wish to arrange a local pickup. 

Elsewhere: 

All orders will be shipped via Singpost or DHL. Costs will be higher for DHL, but it is the best option for quick delivery! ;) 

If you choose Singpost, please note that all orders will be tracked; hence, the higher cost compared to untracked mail. 

Insurance: 

Items over $200 SGD will be insured. The shop is not responsible for lost items as packages sometimes get lost during mailing. All orders will be tracked to prevent loss from happening.
